Premium blend of the finest ingredients for making your own hot Italian sausage right at home. Using sea salt and NO msg or nitrates, you can have fresh, hot Italian sausage whenever you want. This blend is robust and bold. We don't usually like anyting to "hot" but something about this keeps us coming back for more. Not so hot you get a burn, but definitely, your lips will "humm" with warm. Use your own game or have your butcher grind pork. Make up 10 pounds at once, or if you prefer, make a pound at a time. If meat is very lean, you may want to add some fat. Ask your butcher. Use for any ground meat, domestic or game. Our 10 ounce pouch seasons up to 10 pounds meat. Also a great rub for chicken, ribs etc.
